Sculpture by the Sea

The annual Sculptures by the Sea event is on in Sydney at the moment and a must see. Amazing sculptures against the backdrop of the beautiful sea and a perfect Australian November weather. And if you get tired along the 2km walking trail, the thought of the Bondi or Tamarama beach at the end of the trail should be reason enough to keep you going. Here are some of my captures.

There were a few more of these signs at different locations and all the readings were hilarious – and very aptly named “wine talk”.

The pieces of metal were moving…sort of revolving actually. I watched this thing and thought long and hard but couldn’t my head around how the pieces fit together so elegantly.

This was not a part of the exhibition. But isn't it just beautiful?

  1. Thank you so much for posting this. Since I live in the States this is my only chance to see something so fresh and exciting on the other side of the world. Blessings.

    • Thank you! I loved this as well 😀 But the photo still does not do justice to the actual view & the feeling of the light breeze…the birds… the coolness under the tree..etc. It was just beautiful.
